The predicted salary is between 20.02 - 20.02 £ per hour.

We are seeking to employ a fully skilled inspector, to increase our capability / capacity in this area, working on small batch work. This role involves working in a small team to deliver high quality transmission components, mainly for the motorsport / aerospace industries, with a right first-time philosophy.

Key Competencies and Experience

  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and geometric tolerances
  • Ability to interpret and inspect components from drawings and planning route cards to the highest quality and within routed timeframes
  • Experience using manual measuring equipment and performing table work to check parts against drawing or planning requirements
  • Programming experience on CMM and knowledge of Mitutoyo software would be advantageous
  • Demonstrates a proactive and innovative approach to team support, with a strong focus on problem solving and continuous improvement
  • Flexible in supporting other areas of manufacturing when required
  • Willingness to work additional hours to meet delivery deadlines
