We are looking to recruit a Production Team Member to join our office in Shoreham.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and accurately follow standard operating procedures.
  • Completion of build operations to the required quality standard.
  • Completion of build cycles within the proscribed TAKT time.
  • Maintain productivity, safety and quality standards during build operations.
  • Work to achieve a good standard of competency and attain full knowledge of production processes.
  • Complete daily TPM and 5S activities as required.
  • Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental policies.
  • Present a clean and tidy appearance in the workplace, wear and maintain the kit provided.
  • Be punctual for the start of shift and strictly adhere to the proscribed break times.
  • Notify Management immediately of any component or equipment defect.
  • Participate in rotation through multiple workstations and areas being flexible in response to operational requirements.
  • Report snags and positively contribute towards operational improvements using the correct processes.

Skills and Experience

  • GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English combined with basic PC skills.
  • Must be driven, enthusiastic and capable of working in a team environment.
  • Must be physically capable of performing manual activities working on shift.
  • Experience in a manual production techniques and repetitive cycle processes an advantage.
  • Access to personal transport.
  • The ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern.
