We are looking to recruit a Production Team Member to join our office in Shoreham.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and accurately follow standard operating procedures.
- Completion of build operations to the required quality standard.
- Completion of build cycles within the proscribed TAKT time.
- Maintain productivity, safety and quality standards during build operations.
- Work to achieve a good standard of competency and attain full knowledge of production processes.
- Complete daily TPM and 5S activities as required.
- Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act and Environmental policies.
- Present a clean and tidy appearance in the workplace, wear and maintain the kit provided.
- Be punctual for the start of shift and strictly adhere to the proscribed break times.
- Notify Management immediately of any component or equipment defect.
- Participate in rotation through multiple workstations and areas being flexible in response to operational requirements.
- Report snags and positively contribute towards operational improvements using the correct processes.
Skills and Experience
- GCSE Grade C and above in Maths and English combined with basic PC skills.
- Must be driven, enthusiastic and capable of working in a team environment.
- Must be physically capable of performing manual activities working on shift.
- Experience in manual production techniques and repetitive cycle processes an advantage.
- Access to personal transport.
- The ability to commit to a rotating shift pattern.
