The Role
We are looking for Analyst Consultants with a background in science, economics, or sustainability and an interest in sustainable transport to join our vibrant Sustainable Transport team within our Policy, Strategy and Economics (PSE) practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery through data analysis, stakeholder engagement, literature reviews, and report writing.
- Work on multiple projects, managing your time and contributions effectively.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to provide actionable solutions for climate‑focused policy, strategy, and economics challenges.
- Gain valuable skills in research, modelling, economic analysis, and client‑facing communication.
Key Competencies & Experience
- An MSc degree (or near completion) in Science, Engineering, Economics or related fields. A background in transport, climate and environmental policy and technologies is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data to support evidence‑based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are key).
- A collaborative mindset—you’re a team player who thrives in diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in English (Spanish required for roles in Madrid; other languages are a plus).
