The Role
To be the first point of contact for all visitors arriving on site at Shoreham.
Overseeing the Reception area and switchboard.
You will also be covering the administrator role for a large team of engineers as well as for your own department where you will be responsible for travel bookings and other administrative tasks.
You will be based largely at the reception desk but you will be required to visit other areas of the site to liaise with your colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and sign them in using the electronic system.
- Assign visitor badges and corresponding lanyard.
- Answer and transfer calls via the switchboard.
- Enter new starters on the Mitre Finch system.
- Create new badges for new staff and replace damaged cards.
- Manage the diary for the conference rooms and video conferencing.
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy.
- Administration duties to engineering department (travel bookings, expenses, typing up notes etc)
- Administrative duties for the Site Management department including contractor management database.
