The predicted salary is between 23 - 24 £ per hour.
Salary: £23.29 per hour (inclusive of 30% weekend shift premium). This will increase to 2026 rate for March start date.
The Role
- A Friday, Saturday, Sunday shift - 12 hour shifts, commencing March 2026.
- This position supports small batch CNC turning work for high‑quality transmission components in motorsport and aerospace, working within a small, focused team and supported by offline programming tools.
Key Competencies and Experience
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and planning route cards to produce components to the highest quality, within routed timeframes.
- Experience working on CNC lathes, including:
- Victor Turn II 26 HD
- Leadwell LTC 25iL with Siemens 828D
- Doosan Puma GT3100
