Modern coffee house seeks enthusiastic and highly organised Supervisor to guide the team in delivering a 5-star experience for our guests. An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Village for a Supervisor at our Blend Coffee House within The Health Club. The ideal candidate will be able to provide support to the team and guests whilst maintaining a friendly and professional service in a fast-paced environment.
The main duties of the role will be:
- Ensure the team on shift are clear of their responsibilities
- Supervise the set up and clean down of each service
- Planning rotas, schedules and holidays according to business needs
- Mentor and train the team including one to one with new starters
- Take the lead with guest interaction
- Daily stock management with a focus on budgets
- Identify areas of improvement
- Maintain communication with management to ensure Department Excellence is implemented and required Food Safety compliance is adhered to.

Availability
The hours for this position are 35 hours over 5 days, covering an operation which is open 7 days a week. Full flexibility to cover weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
