Village Holiday Entertainment and Dining facility are looking for a customer-focused Team Leader. The HIVE is a firm favourite with our Holiday Guests and Holiday Homeowners alike, with a variety of offerings for everyone from a bar lounge, dining facilities and family entertainment with lively daytime activities and impressive nighttime entertainment.
Interested in: A well organised, self‑motivated candidate keen to work in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be energetic and approachable, keen to allow their customer service skills to shine in a hands‑on role. The successful candidate should ideally be able to demonstrate team leader expertise in a busy bar/waiting‑on environment; a knowledge that is likely to have been acquired within a similar position in the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Deliver outstanding 5‑star service to all guests.
- Maintain Service Standards.
- Ensure Chain of Service is followed to support Customer Journey.
- The ability to perform under pressure.
- Pro‑active with excellent follow through on tasks.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Demonstrate excellence in personal presentation and adhere to company uniform.

Availability: We currently have one part‑time position available: working 32 hours over 5 days a week. Full flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
