The Role

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef to deliver outstanding food across our diverse outlets. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in menu development and food innovation
  • Leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team
  • Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
  • Managing stock, ordering and waste control
  • Stepping into leadership during Head Chef absence

About You

You’ll be a confident and motivated chef who:

  • Has proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
  • Brings strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Is passionate about fresh, seasonal, high-quality food
  • Thrives under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Has excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen best practice
