We are seeking to appoint an approachable, passionate and highly skilled Orangery Duty Manager for our 2 AA Rosette restaurant. The main purpose of the job is to support the Orangery Management in ensuring the smooth running of the department, exceeding customer expectations and supporting the team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will play a key supportive role in establishing the Orangery as the fine place to dine, maintaining a regular presence and circulating freely during service to invite comments, resolve any issues and continually check on guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will be required to:
- Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of Orangery in the absence of the Orangery Management.
- Assist the Orangery Management with the operational objectives of the business and ensure tight control on costs is achieved.
