Ribby Hall Village is one of the UKs leading hospitality and leisure destinations, set within beautiful countryside and home to luxury accommodation, restaurants, leisure facilities and wedding venues. We are now looking for a skilled and reliable Decorator to join our maintenance and facilities team, helping maintain the high standards our guests and residents expect.
This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in finish, detail and working as part of a supportive, experienced team.
The Role
As a Decorator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our buildings and facilities across the Village. Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work across a variety of properties
- Preparing surfaces, repairing finishes and ensuring excellent attention to detail
- Working on guest accommodation, leisure areas, public spaces and back-of-house areas
- Completing work to agreed timescales while minimising disruption to guests
- Following health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
- Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance and facilities team
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in painting and decorating
- Takes pride in producing high-quality finishes
- Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Has good knowledge of materials, tools and techniques
- Understands health & safety best practice
- Is flexible and customer-focused in a hospitality environment
