Award winning North-West based Spa Hotel seeks enthusiastic and highly motivated Apprentice Spa Therapist. Being an Apprentice Spa Therapist at Ribby Hall Village is much more than you may think; it is an opportunity for you to grow personally and professionally. You will have continuous support from all members of the team and have the chance to learn from specialist training mentors in Elemis, Ishga and Mii. Being a Spa Therapist at The Spa Hotel means you will walk into a tranquil environment every day doing what you love, making our guests feel special and uplifted in a calm and luxurious setting. You will enjoy becoming an expert in treatments from massages and facials to manicures and waxing.
Level 2 Apprenticeship will take 15 months to complete and has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in:
- How to provide facial skin care
- Manicure and pedicure treatments
- Application of make-up and waxing
- Basic massage treatments (back, neck and shoulder)
Underpinning this qualification, you will develop a sound knowledge of health and safety practice in a salon environment, client care and communication in beauty related industries. Your bespoke Spa Hotel training will begin by working with all areas of our professional Spa team starting with the Spa Host role, Spa Reception and Beauty Desk Reception, whilst developing your practical skills with on site training.
Upon interview, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and visit our beautiful Spa. When you succeed at completing your Level 2 Beauty Therapy Apprenticeship, you will continue to the Level 3 Wellbeing and Holistic Therapist course, to further develop your skills and experiences.
Availability: We currently have one apprenticeship available; 40 hours per week with 4 days at the Spa and 1 day at College. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to cover an operation which is open from 8.00am through to 8.30pm seven days a week is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
