Interested in welcoming and professional Spa Reception & Hosts who should ideally be able to demonstrate significant expertise operating in a busy, sales-driven and customer-focused environment. This is a dual role, combining front-of-house Spa Reception responsibilities with guest hosting duties within the Aqua Thermal Spa facilities.
The main duties of the role will be:
- Perform receptionist duties based at the Aqua Thermal Spa Reception while also supporting the wider Spa Host function.
- Contribute to the first impressions of all guests visiting this five-bubble Spa facility, providing a warm, professional welcome on arrival and ensuring that on departure their experience has been to the highest standard.
- Actively drive retail sales for the luxury brands available at The Spa, with comprehensive product training and information provided to support you.
- Facilitate the smooth running of the Aqua Thermal Spa area, including conducting client show rounds, completing inspections of the experience rooms, providing guests with fresh towels and water, and undertaking light cleaning and maintenance duties.
- Guide guests through their spa journey, manage guest flow within the facilities, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall operational effectiveness of the department.
- Maintain appropriate First Aid training and deliver First Aid assistance in line with organisational requirements.

Availability: We currently have 1 permanent, part-time position available, offering 36 hours over 4 or 5 days (rota dependent) in a department that operates 7 days a week. Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential to meet the commercial needs of the business.
