We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Facilities Maintenance team as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Operative here on the Village. About the Role

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a key part in ensuring our accommodation and wider Village environment remain in top condition. Your work will directly contribute to a 5-star guest experience, combining both preventative and reactive maintenance across the site.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance in guest accommodation
  • Responding to reactive maintenance issues quickly and professionally
  • Conducting general repairs and maintenance across all areas of the Village
  • Helping ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and presented to the highest standard
  • Working collaboratively with the wider Facilities Maintenance team

Trade qualifications are desirable but not essential. All applicants are welcomed, but due to job requirements a full driving license is desirable.

Availability:

We have a permanent full-time position available, offering 45 hours per week over 5 days and covers an operation which is open seven days a week from 6am to 7pm. Full flexibility to work weekends and evenings will be required to meet the commercial needs of the business.
