We are now looking for a skilled and reliable Decorator to join our maintenance and facilities team, helping maintain the high standards our guests and residents expect. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in finish, detail and working as part of a supportive, experienced team.

The Role

As a Decorator, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our buildings and facilities across the Village. Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work across a variety of properties
  • Preparing surfaces, repairing finishes and ensuring excellent attention to detail
  • Working on guest accommodation, leisure areas, public spaces and back-of-house areas
  • Completing work to agreed timescales while minimising disruption to guests
  • Following health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
  • Working collaboratively with the wider maintenance and facilities team
