An exciting opportunity has arisen for well-presented Team Members to work within our award-winning Spa Hotel, in our popular and impressive 2 AA Rosette Restaurant with a sleek and contemporary bar.
Interested in:
Professional and approachable individuals who are keen to present the work of our skilled chefs to guests enjoying a stylish and vibrant dining environment.
The chosen candidates will carry out a variety of duties whilst striving to enhance sales and service, becoming a key part of the welcoming atmosphere in which our guests enjoy lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. The successful candidates should ideally be able to demonstrate expertise of operating in a busy bar/ waiting-on environment.

- Willingness and the ability to work well within a team to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage facilities at the Spa Hotel
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to perform under pressure
- Pro-active with excellent follow through on tasks
- Good timemanagement and organisational skills
- Excellent personal presentation
- Previous experience working in a 4* level establishment or aboveisdesirable but not essential as full training and support is given.
Availability:
We are recruiting 2 x zero-hour casual working positions.
As our operation runs 7 days a week, successful applicants will need to demonstrate flexibility to work across weekends, early mornings, and evening shifts to meet business requirements.
Salary:
We are proud to offer competitive salariesin excess of the National Minimum Wage, plus shared staffgratuities.
