The Role:- Work as a STEM Tutor supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), including those with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profiles.
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group Maths and Science interventions.
- Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and promote engagement.
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and progress.
- Collaborate with specialist SEND staff, teachers, and families.
- A degree in a STEM-related subject from a leading university.
- Strong A-Level results, ideally A* or A in Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related STEM discipline.
- A genuine interest in autism, neurodiversity and SEND.
