What the School is Looking For
We are looking for proactive, compassionate and committed individuals with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset. Ideally, you hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university and have previous child-centred experience. Salary & Contract Info
- General TA / SEN TA roles: £444-£513 per week, pro rata, term-time only
- Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata, term-time only
- Cover Supervisor / HLTA / Unqualified Teacher roles: up to £600 per week, pro rata, term-time only
- Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
- Opportunity for future teacher training or extended contracts following successful placement
