What the Role Involves

  • Supporting teaching and learning in STEM subjects through small-group or 1:1 support
  • Delivering targeted academic interventions and tracking student progress
  • Assisting classroom management in science, maths or technology lessons
  • Collaborating with subject teachers to enhance STEM engagement and outcomes

What the School is Looking For

We are looking for proactive, compassionate and committed individuals with excellent communication skills and a growth mindset. Ideally, you hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university and have previous child-centred experience. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Salary & Contract Info

  • General TA / SEN TA roles: £444-£513 per week, pro rata, term-time only
  • Academic Mentor roles: £450–£530 per week, pro rata, term-time only
  • Cover Supervisor / HLTA / Unqualified Teacher roles: up to £600 per week, pro rata, term-time only
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term (September–July), term-time only
  • Opportunity for future teacher training or extended contracts following successful placement
