An inclusive secondary school in Barnet is seeking a resilient Specialist SEND Teaching Assistant to join their ARP from September 2026.
You will support students with ASC across KS3 and KS4, some with ADHD, in a specialist SEND environment.
The role focuses on 1:1 and small-group support, delivering targeted interventions on communication, confidence, independence and emotional regulation, and using positive behaviour strategies to meet individual needs.
