Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step in a well-structured and supportive nursery setting? A high-performing Trust is opening new nursery provisions in Bexley this September, as part of a major national investment into early years education. Based within established Primary Schools, these settings are designed to improve access to high-quality childcare and provide children with a strong foundation from the outset.
This is a full-time role, offering stability and the opportunity to contribute to a high-quality early years provision from day one.
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver high-quality care and early education in line with EYFS
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Act as a key person, tracking and supporting children’s development
- Maintain a safe, structured, and stimulating environment
- Promote children’s language, communication, and social development
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
- Has experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Understands safeguarding procedures and responsibilities
- Is confident working both independently and as part of a team
