Ribbons & Reeves are seeking a Psychology Graduate to join their Croydon Primary School as a SEND LSA in Year 1 from September, initially until July 2027. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional needs, helping with learning, behaviour and emotional development throughout the school day.
The ideal candidate has a Psychology degree, resilience, emotional intelligence and a proactive, patient approach.
