The Role
- Provide tailored support to students across KS3–KS5 within a niche school setting of only 25 pupils.
- Help learners with EHCPs and high anxiety levels build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
- Collaborate with the teaching and support team to adapt learning materials and strategies for individual needs.
- Teach learners with a range of academic abilities, from Functional Skills to A‑Level.
Who Are We Looking For?
- An academic, personable, and patient graduate passionate about helping students achieve their best.
- Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a UK University.
- Outstanding A‑Level and GCSE Results, with ambitions to become a qualified teacher.
