Your Role
- Delivering targeted Science interventions as a Science Academic Mentor
- Supporting pupils across KS3, GCSE and A-Level Science
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to close attainment gaps
- Tracking pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff
- Supporting students with SEN within mainstream Science lessons
Who We’re Looking For
This role suits a proactive and motivated graduate with a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a top 30 UK university. Previous child-centred experience is desirable. The ideal candidate will be confident, organised and eager to support young people academically while developing their own teaching skillset. Please note, applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
Salary and Contract
£450–£530 per week, pro rata to term time only. Full-time, long-term contract (January–July). Term-time only. Potential progression into teacher training or extended contracts.
