About this SEND Teaching Assistant role…
- Gain valuable school-based experience supporting pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD and SEMH.
- Work closely with experienced SEND professionals including Educational Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists and SENDCOs.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support in both mainstream and specialist classroom settings.
- Excellent opportunity for graduates considering careers in education, psychology, therapy or social care.
We are looking for graduates who…
- Have experience working with children or young people through tutoring, mentoring, youth work, coaching, care or voluntary work.
- Are patient, proactive and passionate about supporting children with additional needs.
- Want to build long-term experience within a school environment.
- Can commit full-time from September and are available to trial immediately.
