Ribbons & Reeves is currently recruiting a Behaviour Mentor for a Hillingdon secondary school, starting September 2026. The role runs through the full academic year 2026/27 with potential extension and offers a full-time contract plus induction and ongoing CPD in behaviour, safeguarding and pastoral support.

The successful candidate will support KS3/KS4 students with targeted interventions, promote attendance and behaviour, and work closely with teachers and families to improve outcomes.
