This Behaviour Mentor role in Hillingdon offers the opportunity to support KS3 and KS4 students throughout the full academic year, from September 2026 until July 2027, with the potential to extend beyond the initial contract.

Behaviour Mentor – What the School Offers

  • Assisting teachers with behaviour management and classroom engagement
  • Working collaboratively with pastoral teams, teachers and families to improve student outcomes

Behaviour Mentor – What the School is Looking For

The successful Behaviour Mentor will hold a 2:1 or First-Class degree from a leading UK university and have previous child-centred experience through mentoring, youth work, coaching or similar settings. Excellent communication skills, resilience and the ability to build positive relationships with young people are essential.
