Ribbons & Reeves, a specialist Education Recruitment agency based near London Liverpool Street, is hiring Recruitment Consultants to join our dynamic team. This is a 360-recruitment role where you’ll be hands-on with both client development and candidate sourcing, making it ideal for someone who’s ready to take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced environment!

We’re looking for driven individuals with prior phone-based experience (sales, customer service, call centre, etc.) who are comfortable speaking to a range of individuals, from graduate candidates to senior school leaders.

• Comfortable managing relationships with both candidates and clients
• Highly organised, motivated, and eager to learn
