Ribbons & Reeves are a specialist education recruitment company based in Liverpool Street, London, with an established brand and go-to recruitment partner for London schools hiring both contract and permanent staff. Recruitment isn't a clock-in, clock-out job. It’s a sales job, powered by you and your efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a full 360 recruitment role. You’ll manage both sides of the recruitment process, from sourcing standout candidates to building relationships with schools and school leaders. If you’ve done sales, estate agency, customer service, call centre work, or any phone-heavy role, you already have the core skills we’re after. We’ll coach you the rest of the way.
