• Psychology Graduate will support students across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5
• Work closely with pupils requiring additional academic, social and emotional support
• Psychology Graduate will deliver targeted interventions on a 1:1 and small-group basis
• Support students with SEND, SEMH and other additional learning needs
• Assist teachers with classroom delivery and behaviour management strategies
• Psychology Graduate will contribute positively to the wider school community

Psychology Graduate applicants should hold a minimum 2:1 degree in Psychology. Previous experience working with young people is highly desirable. A genuine interest in education, psychology or mental health is essential. Psychology Graduate candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
