Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant | About the Role: £475-500 per week | Paid weekly via PAYE | Inclusive of Holiday Pay Term-time only Providing tailored academic support to students, helping them engage with the curriculum and overcome any learning challenges Supporting students with a range of needs, including those with SEND, behavioural, and emotional difficulties Working closely with the classroom teacher to implement strategies and interventions based on students’ individual needs Assisting with the delivery of lessons and providing one-on-one or small group support Helping to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant | What You Need: A Psychology degree (2:1 or above) from a reputable university A passion for education and a desire to work with children to support their academic, social, and emotional development Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with students of various ages and backgrounds Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is highly beneficial but not essential A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to working with students A desire to pursue a career in teaching, educational psychology, or a related field would be advantageous If you are a Psychology Graduate looking for a rewarding role as a Teaching Assistant in Wandsworth, click ‘Apply’ to submit your CV and cover letter.
