What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children in any setting
- Minimum 2:1 degree from a UK university
- Genuine interest in supporting pupils with SEND
- Steady, reliable approach and a real commitment to improving outcomes for young people
The role:
- One to one and small group support for pupils with additional needs
- Helping teachers deliver high quality support in the classroom
- Playing a key part in creating a stable and purposeful learning environment
