Ribbons & Reeves are partnering with a welcoming primary school in Croydon to recruit an experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) for a January 2027 start. This part-time role (0.6 FTE) involves leading SEND provision across a two-form entry school and coordinating EHCPs to support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
The role requires QTS, a SENCO qualification (or working towards it) and prior SEND experience in a primary setting.
