SEND TA – What the role offers:

  • A weekly pay between £444-£513 PAYE.

  • Liaising with the Senior Leadership Team, SENDCOs and Teachers to provide and promote inclusive learning.
  • Working with small groups and 1-to-1 sessions.
  • Providing support to students with SEND.
  • Creating a safe and comfortable environment for the students.

SEND TA – Ideal Candidate:

  • A relevant First-Class degree or 2:1 from a Top 20 University or Russell Group.
  • Ideally a Psychology graduate.
  • Some experience working with children or exposure to SEND.
  • Valid Visa and ideally an Enhanced DBS.
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong desire to help students with additional needs progress.
