The Role STEM Tutor
- Work as a STEM Tutor supporting students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), including those with PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profiles.
- Deliver 1:1 and small‑group Maths and Science interventions.
- Adapt learning strategies to meet individual needs and promote engagement.
- Build positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and progress.

STEM Tutor Requirements
- A degree in a STEM‑related subject from a leading university.
