As a Social Sciences Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work with pupils in KS3 to KS5, providing classroom assistance, subject-specific intervention, and academic mentoring. You’ll also support learners with SEN, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote engagement in Geography.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing in-class support in Social Sciences lessons
- Running 1:1 and group interventions for underachieving students
- Helping with lesson resources, planning, and marking
- Supporting students with SEND or EAL backgrounds
