As a SEMH Support, you'll work closely with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs—making this the perfect role for graduates aiming to pursue careers in Clinical Psychology, Educational Psychology, Therapy or SEN education.
What you'll be doing as an SEMH Support:
- Supporting autistic pupils and those with SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

- Building trusting relationships with pupils while promoting emotional wellbeing

- Holds a 2:1 or above in Psychology or Criminology from a Top 20 UK University
- Has a genuine passion for mental health, behaviour support, and neurodiversity

- Has relevant experience working with children or young people
- Can commit full-time from September 2025 to July 2026
