The Role

  • Delivering targeted academic interventions and learning support.
  • Supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom.
  • Working alongside teachers to adapt learning for individual students.
  • Building positive relationships with pupils and contributing to an exceptional learning environment.
  • Supporting extracurricular activities, enrichment programmes and educational visits.
  • Working collaboratively with families to help students achieve their full potential.
  • Developing expertise in assessment, child development and additional educational needs.

Ideal Candidate

  • A degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering or another STEM‑related subject.
  • Strong academic background and excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
