The Role
- Deliver high-quality teaching to pupils with SEMH needs within a primary setting
- Provide structured support to help pupils regulate emotions and engage in learning
- Work closely with staff to implement consistent behaviour and intervention strategies
- Track progress and contribute to EHCP targets and pastoral planning
- Help establish a safe, consistent and inclusive new provision
Who We’re Looking For
- Primary-Trained Teacher with QTS
- Experience in SEMH, PRUs, alternative provision, or similar settings (or strong interest in transitioning into this area)
- Calm, resilient and confident managing complex behaviour
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ambition to help shape and develop a new specialist provision
