About the Role
We are working in partnership with a high-performing secondary school in Richmond to appoint an ambitious and knowledgeable Politics Teacher for September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Politics Teacher to join a successful Humanities department, teaching highly motivated students at Key Stages 4 and 5. Politics is a popular subject within the school’s Sixth Form, with strong outcomes and student uptake.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as a Politics Teacher across KS4 and KS5
- Inspire students to develop critical thinking, debate, and analytical skills
- Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Politics examinations
- Contribute to curriculum development within the Humanities faculty
- Support extracurricular activities such as debate clubs, trips, and enrichment
