What the Role Involves:
- Supporting pupils with daily routines, emotional wellbeing and behaviour management
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils regulate emotions and re-engage positively with learning
- Supporting teaching and learning in classrooms, assisting with behaviour expectations and transitions
- Delivering targeted interventions and monitoring pupil progress in pastoral areas
- Helping maintain a calm, safe and supportive school environment throughout the day
