A high-achieving and welcoming primary school in Wandsworth is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join their Key Stage 2 team on a permanent basis from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed Year 3 Teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching within a supportive, collaborative, and well-resourced school environment. The school places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, professional development, and maintaining a positive and inclusive culture.
The Role
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the KS2 curriculum
- Take responsibility for planning, assessment, and pupil progress in Year 3
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work closely with colleagues within a supportive KS2 team
- Contribute to whole-school initiatives and curriculum development
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience teaching in KS2 (ideally Year 3 or lower KS2)
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
