We are supporting a specialist independent school in Outer London in the appointment of a Humanities Teacher to join from September 2026. The Ideal Humanities Teacher
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Essential:
- Holds QTS
- Has experience teaching Humanities at secondary level
- Can confidently deliver across KS3 (KS2/KS4 experience beneficial)
- Has strong subject knowledge across History, Geography and/or RE
- Is committed to inclusive education and student wellbeing
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and relationship‑building skills
- Desirable:
- Experience working in a SEND or specialist setting
- Familiarity with autism‑informed or trauma‑informed approaches
- Experience teaching GCSE Humanities
