Geography Graduate – Learning Support Assistant
Kensington & Chelsea – ASAP Start
Are you a Geography Graduate looking to put your subject knowledge to use while gaining valuable experience in education?
An inclusive Sixth Form in Kensington & Chelsea is looking for a Geography Graduate to support students aged 16–19 with SEND, including students studying A-Level Geography.
The school would particularly like to hear from graduates who are confident in their Geography knowledge and would also be comfortable supporting students within Travel & Tourism where required.

Role and Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small-group academic support
- Use your Geography knowledge to support students studying at A-Level
- Provide additional support within Travel & Tourism where required
- Break down challenging concepts and adapt explanations to individual students
- Help students with organisation, coursework and independent study
- Work closely with teaching and SEND staff
Person Specification
- Degree in Geography or a closely related subject
- Strong Geography subject knowledge, ideally to A-Level standard
- Comfortable supporting Travel & Tourism where required
- Confident communicator who can explain concepts clearly
- Patient, adaptable and enthusiastic about supporting young people
This is an excellent opportunity for a Geography Graduate to gain direct experience in a Sixth Form while helping students with SEND achieve their academic goals.
