As an Academic Support Assistant (Maths), you will work closely with experienced teachers, the Head of Department, and pastoral staff to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Through targeted intervention sessions, classroom support, and academic mentoring, you will help pupils build confidence, strengthen their mathematical understanding, and achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities
- Provide targeted academic support to students across Years 7–11
- Deliver tailored 1:1 and small‑group Maths intervention sessions

- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom resources, and assessment activities
