This Literacy Tutor role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about closing the attainment gap and helping students develop confidence in reading, writing, and communication. As a Literacy Tutor, you will provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for students who require additional help with Literacy, including pupils with EAL (English as an Additional Language).
Working closely with teachers and school staff, the successful Literacy Tutor will help pupils access learning, improve attainment, and build confidence within the classroom.
