Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a Teaching Assistant Coordinator for a busy specialist SEND school in Camden.
The role is full-time, temp-to-perm, with immediate start, leading the deployment and development of Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Autism, MLD, and SLCN in line with EHCPs.
The successful candidate will mentor staff, liaise with teachers and therapists, and drive high standards of classroom support.
