EYFS Teaching Assistant | Redbridge, East London | September start

Location: Redbridge, East London
Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Pay: £450-£500
Start Date: September 2025 or as soon as possible

EYFS Teaching Assistant | Key responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils with complex learning needs and autism in class and during therapies
• Encouraging communication, independence and personal development
• Helping to deliver structured, personalised learning and care routines
• Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families
• Attending weekly class meetings and contributing to planning and reflection

EYFS Teaching Assistant | What we\’re looking for:

• A minimum 2:1 Psychology degree, or a related subject, from a Top 20 UK University
• Previous experience working with children or in a child-focused role
• A genuine passion for education and a strong commitment to supporting children\’s development
• Making a meaningful difference in a child\’s life
