A high‑achieving secondary school in Barking and Dagenham is seeking a passionate and ambitious English Teacher to join the successful department from September 2026. Key Responsibilities & Expectations
- Deliver creative and engaging English lessons across KS3 KS5.
- Build positive relationships and maintain high classroom expectations.
- Differentiate effectively to support students of all abilities.
- Monitor progress and use assessment effectively to raise attainment.
- Contribute positively to departmental planning and wider school life.
- Encourage confidence, independence and academic ambition in students.
Qualifications & Experience
