Are you a graduate looking to gain hands-on experience working with young children before progressing into teacher training or a long-term career in education? A welcoming infant school in Kenton, Brent is looking for an Early Years Graduate Assistant to join their Nursery and Reception team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a patient, proactive and enthusiastic graduate who is keen to support children aged 2-5 during a key stage of their development.
The role:
- Brent location, based in Kenton
- September 2026 start
- £90-95 per day PAYE
- Full-time, term-time only
- Working across Nursery and Reception
- Potential route into teacher training

You will support class teachers with phonics, early maths, communication, play-based learning, routines, behaviour and small group activities, helping children build confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
Applicants must have experience working with children aged 2-11. Experience with children aged 2-5 is desirable, but not essential. This role would suit a graduate who is serious about a future in Primary Teaching, Early Years Education, Child Development or Educational Psychology.
