Experienced Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils across the primary age range
• Deliver targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to raise attainment
• Support children with SEND and additional learning needs
• Assist teachers with lesson preparation, classroom management and pupil assessments
• Contribute positively to the wider school community

Applicants should have previous school-based experience. A strong understanding of child development and learning is essential. Experience supporting pupils with SEND would be advantageous. Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive, nurturing and enthusiastic approach is required.
